It’s not new to gas users to experience low burning rate, even when they still have enough quantity of gas inside the gas cylinder.
The main causes of blockage of gas flow rate in gas cylinder is dust from the burner cap seat which fall inside the holes , which later penetrate ands block the burning flow rate.
SOLUTION 1: (3kg, 5kg, 6kg cylinder)
NOTE: this is applicable to gas cylinder with burner on the top as shown below:
loose the burner from the cylinder
unloose the burner cap and the control a s shown below
using adjustable spanner or pliers unloose the control head
After loosing the head, you will have to clean the holes using tinny object like wires and tight the control on top your gas cylinder to blow away the remaining dirt inside. Then tight back the burner back .
NOTE
In some cases the problem maybe from the cylinder valve, to solve this kindly cut cut a small metal inside the valve and tight it back.
Solution 2
For gas stove burner: this is applicable to gas stove burner as shown below
There are various problem that can lead to blockage in gas stove burner , each possible problem are shown and solution provided below
Blockage in pipe.
Sometimes there maybe some dirt blocking gas flow in the pipe; these dirt are been generated from the gas cylinder rusting. To solve this, just remove the pipe and blow the dirt away.
Faulty gas regulator.
The regulator sometime can be faulty or the sealed rubber is bad. Firstly, change the sealed rubber : if the problem persist then replace the regulator. You can buy new and original gas regulator here or on jumia.
Faulty Gas stove engine.
The gas stove engine can be faulty, which means you need to replace it by buying a new one here or on jumia
